Alkaline chlorinated cleaning and disinfection agent for the entire food industry.
A. Legal requirement for use:
Only the use as means of controlling bacteria and yeasts in places where food and drink are prepared, treated or stored and in milk extraction equipment on the farm is permitted.
B. Instructions for use:
Food industry:
The agent is intended for combined cleaning and disinfection of the interior of process equipment (storage tanks),
pipe systems, C.I.P. installations).
Instructions for use:
Pre-rinse with clean water. Then circulate a 0.5% DM Cid solution (5ml per litre of water) for 15 minutes at a temperature of 50-65ºC. Rinse with clean water for 15 minutes.
Milking equipment:
Instructions for use:
Pre-rinse with clean (cold) water. Then clean and disinfect with 0.5% DM Cid solution (5ml per litre of water)
for 15 minutes at a temperature of ± 60ºC. Rinse with clean cold water.
